By accessing or using ROBOX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ROBOX is an AI-powered tool for designing and scoping robotic automation cells. It provides conceptual layouts, component recommendations, bill of materials (BOM), and performance estimates to assist early-stage planning and design exploration.

Provided "As Is"

ROBOX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. As an early-stage product, functionality and availability may change without notice.

Conceptual Designs Only

All outputs from ROBOX—including layouts, BOMs, cycle-time estimates, and component recommendations—are conceptual and for planning purposes only. ROBOX is not a substitute for professional engineering, safety validation, or compliance review.

You are solely responsible for verifying all designs, specifications, and recommendations with qualified professionals before implementation. ROBOX is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from use of the generated designs.

Your Responsibilities

When using ROBOX, you agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the platform
  • Provide accurate information when registering and using the Service
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBOX and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any damages resulting from implementation of designs or recommendations generated by the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ROBOX at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of ROBOX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
